It takes a special person to work with children and here at Early Development Services we have strict requirements for those interested in joining our team. We are proud of our teacher retention rate and ability to grow our Master Teachers from entry level caregivers.
All Early Development Services teachers and caregivers are trained and certified in early childhood development. All of our Master Teacher’s have Associate's and Bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education or Child Development. All of our staff are CPR and first aid certified as well as participating in an agency developed professional growth plan.
